Billionaire Mike Bloomberg has paid off $20 million in debt for more than 31,000 felons in Florida so that they can vote in the state where just 537 votes decided the presidential election in 2000.

The former Democratic presidential candidate stepped in to help felons who have completed their prison sentences so they can vote on November 3.

The case could have broad implications for the November elections. Florida has 29 electoral college votes that are crucial to President Donald Trump's hopes of staying in the White House.

That accounts for about 31,100 people, the staffers said. In a state that decided the 2000 presidential election by 537 votes, that could be critical in a year when polls show Trump and Biden in a dead heat.

Sounds like that could be considered a bribe when a former President candidate gives money away so someone can go vote

Since it’s illegal for them to promise him a vote for doing that , I would screw the privileged rich dude over and vote the opposite way he wants me to for trying to buy my vote . But that’s just me .

Fair enough... but for the record some 50 teams aren't playing... and the season hasn't started, much less finished.

Your buddy @Purple Tiger told us repeatedly that Major League Baseball was, after enduring several postponements in the dawn of its season, closing up shop in the coming days.

With ~5 games left on the schedule for most teams, I’m waiting on him to once again clarify the date of cancellation. One day, you guys will hit it out of the park with this nonsense!
