So, dad is not allowed to have his political opinion? What a sorry sack of sh!t the son is. Which one of our posters is that?If the kids or the parents are willing to do that to each other over a politician that at the very most has 8 years in office and will then be out of your life ... The proper priorities were never instilled into them and they will one day , while reflecting on the things they’ve done or said in their lifetime , come to regret that they ever put that proposition out on the table .
It just doesn't happen. Another right-wing boogeyman.Sure about that? Voter registrars don’t verify citizenship, you check a box that you are a citizen and that’s about it.
Ma’am, I bet you think illegals can’t get welfare or SNAP benefits either. It just doesn't happen. Another right-wing boogeyman.
The Actually True and Provable Facts About Non-Citizen Voting
"Multiple nationwide studies have uncovered only a handful of incidents of non-citizens voting. Based on state prosecution records, votes by non-citizens account for between 0.0003 percent and 0.001 percent of all votes cast. Election officials agree that there is no serious problem of non-citizen voting in our elections."
Analysis: Noncitizen Voting is Vanishingly Rare
"It is not surprising that noncitizen voting is rare. In addition to massive fines and time in prison, a noncitizen would risk deportation or derailing their naturalization process by voting. Moreover, many undocumented individuals are reluctant to interact with government officials."
As a father, I would have apologized to him and told him how sorry I was for raising him to be such a whiny bitch
My kids figured out how f’ed up liberals are on their own..... and my youngest is 12
You’d be surprised at how little politics are discussed in the Pickens home. Other than on VN, I do my best to avoid discussing or thinking about how screwed up the country is right now.Maybe so... Doesn't mean eveybody wants to hear grandpa rant and rave about it every time they show up for Sunday dinner. If every trip to my parents house devolved into politics, i probably wouldn't visit often, no matter what there views are.
Edit: I'll admit I haven't read the article because there was no link, but I can see a couple of scenarios that might be going on.
Don't let Volfanhill see that. He has already sworn in Biden.“Aussie data guru who successfully picked the winner in 49 of the 50 American states in 2016 says the US President is currently on track to win again. His lab also nailed the result of both the 2016 Brexit referendum and the Australia federal election last year. In all three cases, public opinion polling pointed to the opposite result.”

My father recently passed away, and I would trade so much for just five more minutes with him. That person is a real piece of excrement who will regret his choices terribly one day if he grows any shred of humanity.
