It's a cascade effect and we still haven't felt all of the pain we are going to feel from the shut downs and closures.

My wife is having a terrible time at her properties collecting rent. People don't pay their rent yet expect the AC or an appliance to be repaired ASAP, the front gate to be fixed the landscaping to be done, the pools to be cleaned ext. People just don't have a freeking clue on how intertwined our economy is.
