Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

So would Biden's mandatory mask law also be unconstitutional?

Pretty sure that mask mandate thing was decided a few months ago when Trump brought it up. Funny that Biden tried the same and had to reverse course as well

But that's not the supposed issue solved by "masks" and such. Supposedly masks prevent non-symptomatic people from spreading the virus. There does not appear to be concrete evidence that non-symptomatic people spread the virus... or that masks stop the types of particles they exhale if they do... but our "experts" have declared universal masks the "solution" to a problem... that may not exist.

The infected person in line isn't a threat unless they're sneezing and coughing on people or spend a lot of time up close talking. Depending on the size and air exchange inside the building, they may present a threat to others there. However, they are most dangerous in small space... like a bathroom, hotel room, meeting room, restaurant, office, etc.

How many new cases do you think that rally caused? The early left-wing claims have been pretty much debunked now... though the MSM has become expert at "dropping" false stories rather than correcting them. They know that the false perception is valuable.

Trump's Tulsa rally didn't have zero transmissions. Big arena. Great HVAC. People attended and are dead.

I don't see anyone arguing that indoors transmissions aren't more likely than outdoor, for any airborne disease.

Hopefully this last rally had zero Covid carriers, and then it would lead to zero new cases even if everyone in there blew one of Trump's farts around the arena mouth to mouth (which wouldn't even surprise anyone at this point).

So can you provide conclusive proof that the people who died BECAUSE of CVID and that they definitely contracted it from the rally?

190k plus dead so that opinion is less than intelligent. However I do believe we have to open the country back up.
Considering how hospitals count the deaths it's actually lower than that. Going off of cdc numbers it's way lower lol. Studies have showed the deaths are at least 25% lower than that are claimed and cdc says chines virus death with no pre existing conditions is around 10k

Honestly, I don't really think this is a political issue. While I understand basic cause and effect, obviously I cannot see the instance each person gets infected. However, there was a healthy spike which overwhelmed contract tracers in the Tulsa area three weeks post-rally and this is coincident with Covid incubation rates.

My understanding is that gathering indoors in large groups is very likely to lead to new cases any time there are carriers in the crowd, asymptomatic or not. I find it hard to understand the controversy there.

I also think liberals who want to shut down the beaches because of Covid are barking mad.

I don't know. If I wasn't bald already, I'd have scratched the hair off my head anyway during 2020.

I have pre-existing conditions at 59. I am active and exercising 5 plus days a week. If I get Covid and pass away it is irrelevant whether I had pre-existing conditions. I still would have died from Covid. I do believe there may be over counting of Covid deaths but it is immaterial when considering the nearly 200k who have died. Please provide the source for the 25% over counting of deaths. Studies are a dime a dozen and many are conducted with an agenda in mind.

Dr Fauci himself says that Trump did not distort (to us the American people) what he and Dr Birx were telling him:

So tell me again how the press can tell us he was lying?

In my state of Ohio, 70% of the C19 deaths came from nursing homes. I hate to be blunt but these folks are on death's door by being in a nursing home. It's not a stretch to say that possibly 25% were about to die anyway

My Dad was in a nursing home in 2008 for 6 months until we brought him home. Passed away in 2017. My Mom was In an senior center for 18 months in 2015-2017. We brought her home and she is 86 now. May outlive me although she has significant dementia. It is 100% chance nursing home recipients are going to die but I seriously doubt 25% of Covid deaths would have died since Feb 2020. Maybe 5%. Don’t downplay the Covid deaths, it is happening and we have to accept it as it is and not distort the havoc to our lives and deaths this pandemic has caused.
