Hard to gauge how good the either QB is when there is essentially no Division 1 talent on either team. Brock showed he has an arm and plenty of athletic ability:



That having been said, he didn’t handle pressure well at all. Definitely appears to be the type of QB that will need a RS year to be ready to play.

Gunner Stockton, OTOH looks like will have a chance to start for USCe his FR year.
