I tell my husband I want a projector/screen for our porch before football starts. I envision a little TV size screen. Then this monster shows up. He says he didn't realize how big it would be. I asked him what size he bought. 100 inch. Men.

What kind did he buy? I've been researching... ended up ordering a cheap (but decent reviews) one but may have to return and get something else. All of the technical jargon made my head hurt.

WOW. Rob Lewis said he knows of a player that had to be quarantined for 14 days and during that time he tested negative for times and they still kept him in quarantine...

This stuff is ridiculous... they need to quit screwing with everyone’s lives... maybe in 2 months all these protocols will magically go away

Edit: this is also horrible and hilarious. AP says if you get COVID you can come back in ten days and are immune obviously, but if you don’t have it but are quarantined it’s 14 days

There's something very wrong with the testing methods being used or how the results are being determined. There have been tons of cases of professional athletes, in almost every sport, who have tested positive, placed in quarantine, and then tested negative two to three days later. Something is not right here and it doesn't appear anyone is concerned about correcting this issue. At the rate this is going, this sh*t will be with us all next year too.

On a brighter side, I purchased a UT gaiter neck mask from a UT apparel site and I love it. It's so much more comfortable than the normal face mask and it meets all the requirements for entering public buildings. Not saying it's medical grade but it is a mask that you can wear around your neck and pull up when necessary. Best money I've spent on masks so far.

Played golf with a guy in Palm Springs last weekend who got put in with our threesome. When we met on the first tee he saw my hat and asked if I went to Tennessee or just a fan. Told him I went there and he smiled and said, "I've been to Neyland." Turns out he's a UCLA grad and likes to make a road trip to one cool away game each season. He said the best he's been to was Nebraska. I wasn't entirely offended.

Btw, crazy hot in the desert, we had an early tee time but still 109° by the time we finished.
