Helicopters aren’t flown in bad weather if they can help it. I’m really sure that they aren’t going to carry the US President to a ceremony at risk of crashing if they don’t have to. That’s not some implausible scenario

Who else could be described as a "former Sr Trump admin official" if it's not a former Chief of Staff? I think it's obvious that this source is Kelly. You know that Fox News must have called him... so one of two things happened: He is the source and confirmed the story, or he is not the source and denied hearing these comments from Trump - but Fox News would have asked to quote him on that, and they aren't quoting him. It has to be Kelly. Who else would it be? Fox News isn't making up their sources to hurt Trump... they must have a source.
