Depends on what you like . What price you are willing to pay and what you are willing to sacrifice. There are places in Kentucky I’d take every day for the cost , the amount of land and rolling grassy countryside over Malibu beach . I’d break your wrist trying to make that deal .

If you’re rich enough and dumb enough you can live anywhere. Imagine moving to Kentucky from Malibu and the state you moved from still wanted to tax you. That said they couldn’t pay me enough to live there....probably Kentucky either.

Yep..... I remember watching that house show on tv..... you could tell where it was located by how much it cost.... if it was in Cali....you would be paying 1.2 million to live in a closet and running back and forth to the mini-mart to use the bathroom..... in Kentucky.... you would have a 3,000 square foot home with 2 acres 5 bedrooms, 3 baths for under 300,000

Now tell us about how nothing says I don’t have diminishing mental faculties like giving a 15 min speech off a prompter , messing it up , then leaving without taking questions and hiding the next day from the media . They are only going to be able to protect him for so long . I would go the other route , just put him out there and say oh it’s just joe , you already know how he is , rather than to have him get crushed in debates and have the whole country be shocked . Unless of course plan B is to call off the debates at the last minute and hope you have a big enough lead in the polls to fend off what Trump says about him for doing it .

Per CDC only 6% of the deaths have been due to only Covid, all others had at least one other underlying condition. I know you radical leftists are rooting hard for Covid

It’s dry dry dry . The same weather gets old after a while . IMO Northern California is prettier and Lake Tahoe is just a short road trip away but it is the original liberal treehugger central . 🤷‍♂️

That's where I'm talking about. Sacramento-ish. My grandparents lived in Lompoc. Went to visit as a kid. Cool mornings and warm low humidity days are awesome.
