This is just a really weird, almost stupid season in a lot of ways. 60 games, half the league makes the playoffs. It's a real crap shoot, and potentially trading away a prospect that goes on to do big things to try and win in a weird, shortened season would probably look doubly as bad as it would otherwise.Sorry to bombard the thread, but I just want to know what happened to the free wheeling gunslinger in Toronto. He traded his best prospect for half a season of David Price. He traded Snydergaard. He got Buehrle and Reyes. He traded for Tulo. Like he was never afraid to make a move in Toronto and now he won’t trade anyone that MIGHT have a chance to be good.
It’s still going to count and expanded playoffs prob isn’t going anywhereThis is just a really weird, almost stupid season in a lot of ways. 60 games, half the league makes the playoffs. I don't think they'll continue expanded playoffs in this precise manner, and at least for 2021 I bet they go back to normal playoffs. They'll definitely expand the playoffs at some point, but I bet it looks different from 2020.It’s still going to count and expanded playoffs prob isn’t going anywhere

Why don't they bring Pache and Waters up to see what they actually have in those players? Everyone knows what Ender and the other players bring. Let's give some the prospects a chance.
