Wait...do those have stamp requirements? Poll tax? Is licking an envelop a poll tax? I can't remember. I bet not picking people up and driving them to voting precincts is part of systemic racism and White supremacy.

It's an option but many like the peace of mind that comes with going to the polls. Many lived in a time where that was basically impossible so they view it as almost a requirement. As long as they cast their own vote who cares how they get there?

Yeah, maybe so. IDK. I think a lot of his base loves it. He has the highest ever in party approval and that includes Reagan.

Agreed; the infatuation with ratings is always going to come back to bite Trump in the ass because he cannot personally guarantee that NBA ratings stay low while Trump-affiliated media uniformly outdraws Biden.

I feel that the better strategy for Trump is to continue equating the continued shutdown and Big Ten postponement with gross overreach by Democrats. As long as the rest of the country stays open and the SEC/Big XII/ACC can play a full season, which seems increasingly likely with each passing day, that's an actual winning strategy.

If he would just stay off twitter or act more "presidential", he would also probably be a shoe-in. I was happy to have a R stand up and not just lay down to the Ds like many other Rs have, but I also expect him to act like an adult.

That being said, I still think the other option we are presented with, is much more scary for America long term.

Agree but that kind of outlandish behavior is what got him elected in 2016 like it or night. People wanted a Pit Bull and they got it. Like I said before, Trump is a Pit Bull from Queens and loves to rumble.
People like seeing him stand up to DEMs and the MSM and going hard on China, etc. I think Republican voters just get so tired of the caving RINOs that always cave to DEMs and Trump was a welcomed change.
