They may be like 6-4 this season. I read they only have 4 DE's left on their roster and I think they may be down in the 60's for scholarship players now.i think they are down to just a handful of returnees from last year.
I don’t get it. They have the offense and bullpen to go toe to toe with anyone. Acquired Milone from the Orioles and he sucks. Phillies roughed him up last night. We just going to start the bullpen 2 out of every 4 games??? Yeesh! Management doesn’t have a clue.Well, Braves just guaranteed themselves a first round loss in the playoffs....if they even make it. Didnt trade for any starting pitching, they only have 1 starter, maybe 2 depending on Ian.
Imma go ahead and say it, y'all can flame away if you want to.
The song "exile", which features Bon Iver, on Taylor Swift's new album is![]()

And, in the context of the child/daughter discussion, that statement is also definitive proof that I have a 16-year-old daughter...else I would have never heard the song!
They just have no incentive anymore. Hire junior programmers to rehab code, optimize speed, beyond that there isn't much to do.I'm not sure what house could compete with EA that wouldn't have just as many micro-transactions and other nonsense. The best houses focus primarily on PC and a lot of those are single-player and/or niche as hell but Madden is absolutely a mainstream console+PC game. It kinda needs a triple A house and most of those have been doing a really lousy job with a ton of their games lately.
Most great games takes years to develop. Madden needs a new game every year.... no possible way to have a complete new game every year. They just have no incentive anymore. Hire junior programmers to rehab code, optimize speed, beyond that there isn't much to do.
Then when there are bugs, not much of a surprise, but there's zero competition and a huge barrier-to-entry when you figure brand value and market share dominance. Nobody wants to challenge EA, so they sit pretty and increase margins and dgaf about quality. Like any monopoly.
It's sort of a joke at this point. Pay $60 each year for the same game with new rosters...gfy. People still play ncaa14 with passion and the community updates things. No worse off.
