I'm sure we'll see a spike in WI and the Chicago area within the next 2-3 weeks due to sporting events, frat parties, raft ups ext.

If the 'left' believes actin' a fool in the streets is going to win sympathy from the independent middle, they're doing it wrong. This sht has the potential to backfire bigly.

Probably, and the sad part is the press will still play it up as if we are all killing grandma and testing positive is a sign of pending doom.

I was turned off by the left throughout the Obama years. The SJW and PC culture went into overdrive. 4 years into a reality show circus and they still haven’t learned this lesson. It’s ridiculous.

The left has gone too far left and has let the "squad" mentality over run it. Democrats have abandoned what used to be their most loyal supporters in the working middle class. If they ever decide to go that route again they could become dangerous.

I share this sentiment. I used to hold very high respect for Democratic Party whether in House or Senate and never voted down party lines, but today's Democratic Party is not the same as it was even 4 to 6 years ago....sad really

Yeah. You have to at least give off the perception that it matters. Politically anyway.
Of course, thats hard to do when you have jumped in with both feet the other direction.

Apparently the only time it has gotten any real attention is when they are marching up your street.

The B10 "I follow the science crowd" has me rolling in the floor. And I've even seen some throwing out that the SEC and Big12 should wait until Thanksgiving to start so that the B10 and Pac12 could "catch up" and everyone could start together.

Those conferences made their decisions when there was no reason they HAD to be made. There was still time to wait. The SEC has been very reasonable about this - and I think it will pay off. In the end, they might have to cancel it. But, they've won for trying.

Or the test is wrong. My step daughter tested positive, wife and I tested negative and we were both symptomatic. I’ll just assume I was negative all along but it’s pretty hard to believe.

This is why I roll my eyes with this “spikes” especially among young healthy folks. Nobody really knows and at the end of the day if you aren’t at risk it doesn’t even matter. This will run its course and tracking it is spotty, at best.
