Cooper is little more than milquetoast who is afraid to make decisions that might cost him a vote. My daughter went at it with him in an email string over a 2 week period over the virtual schools and he tried to push all the blame off on the commissioner of schools, who definitely deserves plenty of blame to be sure, but Cooper is worthless.
