I think trying to free up some cash for the middle of next year would be a really good idea . We can’t keep pushing rent and mortgages back forever and when that rubber band snaps back it’s going to be ugly but property will be cheap .

No. Done with that for the time being, future plans are to raise and promote from within. We're looking at some opportunities to buy out some competition and maybe incorporate some of their management.
