So they still do the tracing to let parents know and I think that had to be reported to the county. School makes the call on quarantine (we're a charter school)

I’m ok with people being knowledgeable that there is a risk but a lot of these schools are trying to shut down over minimal cases due to contact tracing.

I’d have to back and look, but I think in Knox County if you’ve been exposed to someone that they know has Covid, then you’re required to quarantine for 24 days even if you’re asymptomatic and have negative test results. Something along those lines and it’s just absolutely stupid.

ours is definitely trying to lead the way. I have been very happy with the way they've addressed this but still moved forward

Even the cdc doesn't go that far. Pretty ridiculous
 
Almost time to snap up some cheep property.

I think trying to free up some cash for the middle of next year would be a really good idea . We can’t keep pushing rent and mortgages back forever and when that rubber band snaps back it’s going to be ugly but property will be cheap .

Wife and her partners are already seeing multifamily properties come on the market for less than they were valued a couple years ago.
 
Another thing I think you'll see an abundance of for sale this winter are boats. People were snapping up new and used boats like hotcakes early this summer, you'll see a flood of them on the market come January.
