Based on past deaths Covid isnt the leading cause of death in any state this year. Just looking quickly it looks like it's going to typically fall some where between #3 to #6.

In New York it falls at number 3. Which is the worst case scenario. And it's off number two by 8k. Stats of the State of New York

Basically all these doctors are asking for is the blessing of our gov't to prescribe HCQ to high risk patients immediately after they find out they're C19+. The letter is long because it's thorough and documented
