Doesn't matter...I am sick of the self righteous witch hunts. I guarantee you every SJW scumbag that lines up to burn Brenneman at the stake is f'n hypocrite that has said something offensive in their life. It is just ok to offend and assault some groups, and not others nowadays. Tolerance and understanding only goes one way and I am sick of it.Not a cancel culture advocate, but if he couldn’t hold that in around a hot mic? What HAVEN’T we heard over the years? Long time professional with a name and something to lose. Sounds like he knows he lost it. Child of the 70’s and 80’s myself, and you’d call your buddies that over any perceived slip-up. Anybody who’s ever seen Teen Wolf heard noted lib Michael J Fox deliver “I’m not a f**!” with extra mustard. It’s just a word you can’t use anymore and grownups adjust. Didn’t have any hate attached to it in most utterances then and don’t think Thom Brennaman gushed hate in this instance. Just professionals and knowing and better.
Im actually friends with him. Have been since 2010. And I’ve told him his stuff isn’t my type of music. Just part of it. He even acknowledges its bro country lol. But it’s more like bro millions to him so he’s ok with it.He’s actually a very talented writer and an enormous UT fan, so it could be way worse. Besides, I’m not sure I’d classify him as “bro” country. He’s super talented unlike the majority of the auto tune crew
Yeah, the suspension is warranted. But if the guy’s career is ruined over this and it probably will be, that’s too far. Everyone of us has said something in private we’d never want to be heard in public.Doesn't matter...I am sick of the self righteous witch hunts. This mans life will be ruined for no good reason, and that is more hateful and mean than what he said.

Except only I’m not trying to act like I’m smart when I’m not. I am who I am and always will be. Never will I ever provide my opinion on something I know nothing about. To go a step further, speculating about some excitement about an upcoming recruiting class is just warranted when you couple the trajectory of the program & the potential of that class. It’s just not in good taste to take a jab at someone when you’re reading too far into it with intellect. Logical excitement about your favorite team gets too many holes poked in it and too much mud slung around anymore. We’ve all gotta get back to just enjoying things for what they are instead of just having an opinion on literally everything. And no I’m not trying to rail on you, Newt, because I actually enjoy your perspective on many things. I’m just talking in general. There’s been way too much infighting lately here.
How hard is it to not say a word? Especially one that you know very well makes other people feel ostracized and demonized? It's like the N word for them. It's shows a lack compassion and is bigoted.I’m just tired of the thin skinned community. It’s alright for people to voice their freedom of speech and protest etc. burn stuff down and this dude says “f*g” and loses his job.... come on now.
I can feel the pain already deep in my plumsSame hopes and optimism going on 4 years strong now with zero results.Youre a True Vol...here’s to swing passes,Wide open missed receivers,A loaded box and missed wide open check downs.

He’s a business man, then. He knows what’s selling and what’s not necessarily good then. I’ve heard he’s a pretty cool dude and that newborn boy of his is a handsome lil dude!Im actually friends with him. Have been since 2010. And I’ve told him his stuff isn’t my type of music. Originally he’s a big Texas country, southern rock, dirt road country type guy.
Yet another reason I like youI hear ya but chill on being a guardian angel and I'll dial back the snarky-ness. Those who know me know one of my bugaboos is talking about classes that are years away. It is an exercise in futility and I guess I was too harsh jumping on Trips but hell we can't even reasonably predict how seniors in high school are going to perform in college but we talkin' sophomores? Yeah, I know initial rankings blah blah, I get it, it is a start of a discussion but one I would like to have in 2022, not now so we can all be a bit more informed. As for good taste...you looking at the wrong guy lol.
