I have eaten at Dixie Stampede 4 or 5 times. My 2 little sisters have also, and always enjoyed it. They never learned to be racist morons like we have here, though.
They serve each person a Cornish hen, corn, baked potato etc....with no silverware. You eat with your hands while watching a cool rodeo show, pig races, horse races etc. Half the stadium model bldg pulls for the North, and half for the South...like the Civil War. I have seen both teams win. They always keep the score close so it comes down to the last event, though. Really cool show and a cool way to spend an evening. It is expensive though...my Pappaw loved it though and would always take the whole family. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't been. There are plenty of black folks there...our resident racist is lying as usual.
I am so glad my sisters and I are not filled with the garbage racist mindset...to judge someone by their skintone is so very stupid.
Hard to imagine being that dumb. It is learned behavior...even if it isn't directly taught, kids imitate what they see...
Need better role models. For kids regardless of their skintones. Hate is a learned behavior, nobody is born hating their brothers and sisters in Christ.
