I would go with Kodiaks, since they are specific to Alaska, or more specifically to the Kodiak archipelagos off the coast of southern Alaska.

Not to mention they can dance.

Kodiak is an island. I've been there.

This is the real point of the universities trying to get players to sign waivers before the NCAA outlawed it. You want that smoking gun document that says "i informed you of all the risks and you legally acknowledged them." The schools knew that the liability waiver part could easily be thrown out, but the acknowledgment of the risk (as a major part of the legal defense against a major claim) would likely be viable.

As a general rule, a waiver can't cover wrongful death. More importantly, a waiver won't protect a school from the PR fallout if someone dies from Covid playing sports. For better or worse, football is the face of most colleges. You can sweep a dead student or two under the rug, for instance ASU has lost a few drunk students in the last five years without much outrage. But if a college football player dies after being on the field, the school that out him there will have hell to pay.

I personally think it is a bit dumb, these guys are going to catch Covid at frat parties, not on the field, but it is what it is. School administrators are in full CYA mode over this.
