I agree, China could be a bigger threat. On national T.V. the President freely floated the idea of requesting their help in wining the 2020 election.

Why does the Trump campaign care? Members of the Trump campaign collected petitions in Wisconsin and hand delivered them to help get Kanye West on the ballot. There is only one reason for them to do this... they want someone who they think can take some black votes away from Biden, and the best that they could come up with is an idiot rapper like Kanye West. This shows two things: 1) the Trump campaign knows their own candidate has no appeal to black voters, and 2) the Trump campaign is desperate enough to resort to a pathetic ploy that makes a farce out of their own campaign, and a mockery of the American democratic process, in general.

Okay so to put this in context, wall street has been supporting dems since 2018. Not before, at all. I think that is a statement about the current President's lack of leadership more than anything else. Wall street and rich investors don't like unpredictability and chaos.
