If Fulmer vetoed him even as a walk-on then he heard it from someone at FSU that he trusts and if someone at FSU went that far then the kid probably has a ton of skeletons. The sad thing with a lot of kids is that it may not be them personally that's the issue but the company that follows them around that they can't or won't say no to. You don't have to be a bad kid yourself to bring serious issues. A good kid who won't break up with bad friends and/or family members brings just as much trouble, sometimes more.
