Trey Smith speaks...We want to play

As much as I want to watch him play football some more for the Vols, I think he wants to play football for the Vols more.

Think of all the players that won’t get to run thru the T ever again if the season is cancelled or postponed until spring.

It’s really kind of sad.

Me and mine can find other amazing activities to do together, but some of the VFL’s might have already played their last competitive football for the rest of their lives. That doesn’t seem fair or right.

I think between Trey Smith, his family and the medical staff they have a better handle on the risks for Trey than we do and if they feel comfortable with him playing then we need to stop with "I wish Trey wouldn't play" routine.

I’m sure Dumble was already doubled over about the idea of some kid actually playing for the love of the game and giving his all for his teammates, coaches, family and friends instead of putting all of this other stuff first.

I get that, I do, but I don't see tge garm in me or anyone else being concerned. In the end none of our opinions are gonna matter, and likely this disagreeing is for nothing. At the rate we're going, I doubt we have football.

It's this stupid phone😂. I used to go back carefully and fix the misspelled words, but some grammar nazi had a fit on me in here one night. It was so funny that I don't anymore just to trigger them😂. My old phone I use occasionally will autocorrect, but not this one.
