it’s a clear violation of the 2a.
The 1934 law is a clear violation of the 2a.
Not to mention the most deadly “mass shootings” do not involve an “assault style weapon”. Most are handguns where the gun is dropped when empty. It’s quicker to grab another gun than to change a magazine.

They love changing or expanding the definition of words or phrases to fit their narrative. Example .. words painted on a public street has become a “ Mural “ even thought the definition of a mural is specifically on a wall . Example with firearms is everything now that’s not a single shot is considered ( apparently by Joe ) as “ assault weapons “ . What if I am out of ammo ( Hahaha) and use my empty S&W to beat some someone to death that’s trying to kill me in my home , is that an assault weapon or a defensive weapon ? Same with my roofing hammer . The political word play and control of the language we use is getting ridiculous.

If Biden wins I'm going heavy into gun stocks. With just shy of 400 million in circulation, US citizens own 46% of the world's small arms. It's laughable to think someone is going to take your guns.

My friends used to say "Obama is coming for our guns" and I'd ask is he's doing it door to door. Gun industry jobs grew 87% under Obama and they will likely soar under Biden because of ignorance

As much as he is pandering to March for Our Lives people, I think the best that could be pulled off would be to renew the previous assault weapons ban. But, even now, I doubt it could happen.

If somehow it did, though, and the 10 round rule applied, it wouldn't come close to affecting my shotgun collection. I suppose if I had a tube extension, 10 inches longer than the barrel, it would.

Handguns, yeah, I guess it'd take a lot of fun out of shooting the 9mm especially.

Read it more closely what he considers “ assault weapons “ and the fines for not having all he considers in a national registry. Again I will never vote for any politician that’s willing to stand up and say these things without fear of voter repercussions. If he passes these measures the left better get all it can get in 4 years because the mid terms and national elections will be brutal for them .

He wouldn't be saying it, if his fear was voter repercussions. He's saying it because the majority want gun law reforms. Nothing significant will be done, IMO, unless as I speculated, maybe getting the original assault weapons ban reinstated.

But, LOL, you were never going to vote for Biden, anyway. I guess this works out as another reason not to. It's a good enough one, though, if it's not in line with your convictions.

I wouldn’t vote for a career politician ( a lifer ) that his major accomplishment was being Obama’s bestie for 8 years , that also can’t seem to remember the difference between his wife and sister , weather he’s running for president or senate , and most importantly telling me before he gets there that he’s going to restrict my 2a more than any president in modern history . Yeah you’re right .. hes a hard pass for me .
