Somewhat agree, but it’s irrelevant. Biden didn’t say he was picking a black woman to be Vice President. He has considered several white candidates and Tammy Duckworth who, I believe, is of Thigh heritage.

He said he was naming a black woman to the Supreme Court. Which is different for two reasons:
1. Since O’Conner was placed on the Court, there has been a discussion about reforming the Court by making it a representative cross-section of society.
2. Qualification for a Supreme Court position is a pass/fail test. For the few people who pass the test, the idea that one is more qualified than any other is purely subjective.

Biden says racist ****. His VP selection process does not appear to be either benignly or malignantly racist.

True. The system suppresses the minority political factions across the country. There are more Trump voters in Cali and New York than total voters in Tennessee but many of them stayed home.

It also supresses some red state blue team vote, but in those states the dynamics are shifting blue.

If the EC stays as is, there will be a nasty hangover for the Trump kegger.
