This election reminds me of when I was a coach of an adult softball team.... my best friend was shortstop but he was struggling some.... IMO he was our only choice for shortstop bc I knew no one else on the team could play the position at all. Several people complained saying I played him bc he was my friend.... I told them bring me someone and I will try them there..... They showed up with this goofy, unathletic guy that claimed he tried out for the Seattle mariners( I knew anyone can try out bc it is open try outs). I made my friend mad by moving him but just like I thought the guy was a disaster at short.

This election reminds me of that..... I like some of the things trump does but am definitely open to voting democrat if they offered a better option.... They had four years to get ready and they brought us Joe Freaking Biden.....His interviews are so strange and embarrassing.... I will be voting for Trump this year.

Interesting development, coming from someone who defended Donald Trump in both print (The Federalist) and as a panelist for Fox News, for his Air Force One claim that he had no knowledge of the October 2016 hush money payment to Stormy Daniels - which has since been proven by Michael Cohen to have been a lie.

Trump is a **** sack. But he’s not a racist. In fact he was celebrated as the opposite until he became a Republican.
The word “racist “ should probably stop being used. It’s lost all power.
Was it Trump who said the “poor kids are as smart as white kids?” Or was that an actual racist

Well, you went 1 for 2. The word "racist" should be used to describe someone who (along with his father, Fred) was once sued by the United States Department of Justice (in 1973, under President Richard Nixon) for housing discrimination against prospective black tenants. The Trumps later settled... but their practice of denying housing to black applicants on their properties continued.

This once again proves that Trump supporters have no sense of who their own candidate is. You are ignorant of Trump's history... and it is a blissful ignorance. You don't want to know... what you don't know about him.

It’s a damn shame. we had 3 solid candidates To start the primaries and came away with Biden. Nobody worth a damn could get any traction. The republicans were no better leading up to 2016 and that’s how we got Trump. Neither party can play “what about their guy....” Till we start holding our own parties accountable then **** will continue to get worse.

I watched that full interview on HBO last night. That wasn't even his worst moment. Trump once again falsely claimed that the intelligence on Russian bounties paid to the Taliban didn't reach his desk:

"It never reached my desk. You know why? Intelligence, they didn't think it was real... if it reached my desk, I would have done something about it." - Donald Trump.

This begs the question: You know about it now, but you have still not done anything about it. Why not?

Jonathan Swan then reminded Trump that this intelligence was included in a daily briefing in late February.... Trump would only say that he didn't see it. Swan asked him if he reads his briefings, and Trump said that he did "a lot" and then Trump felt it necessary to point out that he understood the reports "extraordinarily well".
