The players association negotiated these rules. The players can always opt out if their elected people did not represent them in a manner that they wanted. And if it’s an attack in Christianity, then it’s also an attack on all religions, oh and bars and nightclubs

Also your analogy is dumb. The idea is masks prevent you from getting covid, not prevent you from getting sick if you do get covid.

Seatbelts dont stop wrecks, the idea is they make your wreck experience less harmful.

As far as Alabama church with 40 infected, what does that have to do with it? Are you saying should not go church at all? Players hopefully are smart enough to avoid any particular situations like that.

Gohmert has frequently refused to wear a mask while at the Capitol amid the pandemic. He has spent ample time on the House floor during votes speaking to aides and lawmakers — without a mask or social distancing. His office did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

Gohmert had been scheduled to fly aboard Air Force One on Wednesday with President Donald Trump to Midland, Texas, where the President is fundraising and touring an oil rig. He tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday morning during a pre-flight screening at the White House, a person familiar with the situation told CNN. Because of the positive test, Gohmert is not traveling with the President.

A senior Republican aide told CNN the test results have caused issues on the Hill where "a lot of staffers" were ordered to get tests before they can go to meetings and resume activity. Some are sequestering in their offices until they can get tested. Gohmert's office notified Republican leaders, who notified House medical staff and the protocol kicked in for further notification, the GOP aide said.

Didn't you just post something about not knowing what to believe?

This has less to do with church than it does players being exposed to large groups of people. Which would necessarily include churches exceeding the 25% capacity threshold.

If you think religion is being singled out, that's your choice to believe that, while others might be more offended that it includes restaurants, bars, or other sporting events that don't adhere to the 25% rule.

The COVID-19 response was always a lose, lose situation for Trump. The left and many others clamored for shutdowns, now they blame Trump for the tanked economy. Trump's tries to promote re-opening to save the economy, and now they blame him for the uptick in COVID cases. (Even though it's the individual states making these decisions)

Lose, lose situation all around.
