Hey there girlfriend how are you doing today? And can you tell me what twice baked taters is?

Just got off work. Bake however many potatoes you want. When they are done, cut them in half and scrape out as much of the potato from the skin. Save the skin. Then you take the potato pulp and mash them using warm heavy cream and butter. If you like bacon bits, you can add that. When smooth, spoon back into skins, top with cheese if you want and put them into the oven until the top is kinda crusty. Does this make sense?
