The other Dems in the race pretty much guaranteed Joe as the candidate. Dem leadership wanted no part of Bernie Sanders as their nominee. No one else had a legitimate shot.

I don't know Stew, I think everyday it can't get much worse. Nothing surprises me anymore. And, just think another 100 days of this. I never thought anything would top Trump vs Clinton.

Bernie was never going to be the candidate. But rather than arguing about it, I'll only say Trump got what and who he feared. That's Karma for ya.

President Donald Trump stopped to say hello to about 50 supporters Sunday who had gathered at an intersection in Bedminster, New Jersey several miles down the road from his private golf club.

Trump - who was not wearing a mask to prevent the spread of the coronavirus - got out of his black SUV and was handed a stack of 'Keep America Great' baseball hats to toss into the crowd.

The president stayed about six feet away from the group and could be heard telling them 'thank you.'

Oh, so Trump is the epitome of sanity? Spare me. Well, he did pass that cognitive test and was oh so proud of himself. Now I’m pretty sure my 5 year old grandson could have aced it too but at least he’s as competent as a 5 year old. I had questioned that before the test. Emotionally I’m pretty sure he’s less than a 5 year old.

Well, yeah, I should hope that your five-year-old grandson doesn't have Alzheimer's. I agree that Trump's performance on this test merely hurdles an incredibly low bar, but I would love to see Joe Biden try to draw a clock on national television.

Biden campaign Declines 'Fox News Sunday' interview, 1 week after Chris Wallace's Trump sitdown

'We'll keep asking every week'

During his interview with Chris Wallace last week, President Trump questioned whether the Democrats' presumptive presidential nominee, Joe Biden, could handle the barrage of questioning that Wallace posed to Trump.

The answer to that question – at least for now – we may never know.

Wallace on Sunday informed viewers that the Biden campaign told Fox News he was “not available” for an interview.

"In our interview last week with President Trump, he questioned whether his Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, could handle a similar encounter,” Wallace said. “This week, we asked the Biden campaign for an interview and they said the former vice president was not available.”

He added, “We’ll keep asking every week.”
