I cook my brisket at 250. Takes somewhere between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes per lb of brisket. A 14 lbs brisket could take from 14 to 17 hours. 200 to 205 on the inside and it's ready to come off, assuming I've kept the heat low enough.
