Talking about Weatherd I assume

I thought Weatherd didn't come off in the best light in that interview. In addition to the things he "told" on himself (said he had a "mediocre" attitude at Tennessee and missed a walkthrough at Saints camp because he was hungover), a lot of the comments he made about individual players kind of came off like sour grapes to me, since many of them were about good players who ended up going into the NFL. I mean, I suppose I can see Kamara being a diva, but Weatherd went after his mentality and even called him a d**khead late in the interview. That was funny, but kind of seemed uncalled for. I expected it to be highly critical of Butch, which it was, but he was also critical of lots of players, which I'm sure is what ex-players are upset about.

He really didn't have anything good to say about anybody except Jancek and Dobbs.

And the whole mediocre attitude reflecting Tennessee being a mediocre place (“they might be good, they might not”) was kind of eye opening.

I also got the impression that he was truly never sold out to be at Tennessee from the jump. He said that Tennessee was the first big name school that showed interest in him and he didn't want to follow in his cousin's footsteps to Oklahoma. Neither of those are really great reasons to commit to a school. Said if he had to do it all over again, he absolutely would have gone to Oklahoma.

Weathrd was one of the most under utilized talents. That ass clown had future nfl talent everywhere, what in the hell were we thinking?
I got mad all over again about the 2015 Florida game when he said he told Jancek they shouldn't be spying Grier because he wasn't going to run on 4th and 14 but Jancek cussed him out and told him to do it. Most deflating moment I've ever had at a game I personally attended.

What's funny though is that despite that, he loved Jancek. One of the very few people he had anything good to say about.

Most/all of the stuff he said is probably true, but personally a lot of what he said came off as being butthurt that several of his college teammates have been able to make NFL careers work and he hasn't. He spent a ton of time talking about how if he had a chance to do it again he would have handled his college career, time with the Saints, and time in the CFL differently. Kind of sad, really.

With the ELITE 3rd down defenses he put up here, over hundreds of plays, this 4th down call was odd. And really...they are basically the same kinds of calls a lot of the time. I'd still trust his judgment here, but it sure was odd from a monday quarterback perspective.

Yessir, sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences.

The high desert will be there for us next year...
I’ll be wearing Orange 🤠
We are headed out west tommorow afternoon...well..we are if the good Lord's willin an the Creek don't rise 😁

I hate that your trip got totally bombed..originally, after Mom passed, we were all going to go to the Carribean together as a family, but the stupid virus shut the world down, and we all got stuck in Corona jail.

All my sibs and their families have been on big trips already in the past month, but our 20th anniversary is on the 28th, so we planned our trip around that..so..I have been sweating out this stupid fear mongering wave.

I have been worried that the commie governor of Colorado was going to panic and shut his state down again...but it looks like everything is going to stay open...so fingers crossed.

I hope you guys get to go somewhere and have a good time. Nature is such a great healing balm.
