I yearn for normalcy.....Trump free of course, but that's practically definitional.

It's amazing the low profile that Biden has been able to keep up until now. You can tell that Trump is getting frustrated by it. It's the political equivalent of "rope-a-dope". There is no need to identify who the dope is.

You are overestimating the significance of this. This interview was obviously from a long time ago. Tim Russert died in 2008. This is not some new revelation that's been uncovered. Gay marriage was brought up during one of the 2008 debates between Barack Obama and John McCain, and the debate between Joe Biden and Sarah Palin. Barack Obama was also opposed to gay marriage when he was first elected to the United States Senate in 2004. Obama and Biden "evolved", as politicians often do. Trump has "evolved" on a litany of subjects including abortion. If you think that gays are going to be flocking to Trump because of this? You are mistaken.

The LGBTQ community will not flock to Trump. However, I wonder how many know that the Trump Administration has a group fighting to decriminalize homosexuality across the world?

Probably not many. Maybe he should talk about this more? And by "across the world", I assume you are including Russia? That would mean speaking out against his buddy... who has jailed many of his country's own citizens just for being gay.

GOP Wins Court Case, Keeping Florida Ballot Harvesting Ban in Place

The Republican National Committee (RNC), the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), and the Florida GOP won a federal court victory upholding Florida’s ban on ballot harvesting.

Priorities USA, a progressive advocacy group, and other Democrat plaintiffs dismissed their claims in Nielsen v. DeSantis, a lawsuit challenging Florida’s ban on ballot harvesting which also aimed to force the state to count ballots that arrived after Election Day. The plaintiffs also dropped their claim that Florida needed to provide pre-paid postage on vote-by-mail ballots.

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said in a statement on Sunday:

Today’s victory is a win for Florida voters and a win for election integrity. Democrats’ assault on our elections process is not based on fact or reason, which is why they are dismissing every claim in their radical suit. The RNC will continue to step in and fight back against Democrat attempts to circumvent existing law and weaken our elections process.​

Hope so. The US group is primarily focused on the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean. They have enlisted the help of the EU to help in Europe and the Russian region of Chechnya.
