Ever heard of one punch homicide? Fighting has no other purpose than to inflict damage. Punch me, and you go to jail or lose your trailer. It is that simple. It might be a bitch move in your eyes, but in the eyes of the law, I am justified. Bring it.

Fortunately for every man I've ever punched and every man that has landed one on my lady catcher, most folks don't play by your rules.

I haven't been in a fight in over 5 years, and I do what I can to avoid them because, as you imply, fighting is sophomoric... but to counter a punch with a lawsuit is so nerfy and says a lot about you as a man as well as the husk of one who raised you.

We got Trump on the Republican ticket because of the right getting sick of establishment politicians. We got Trump as President because the left nominated Hillary.

You are entitled to that opinion. At least you acknowledge that fighting is juvenile. And I don't care what you think of my father, but he was a better man that you will ever think about being.

I think the lawsuit angle is dependent on the circumstances.....sucker punched... mobbed....it’s acceptable.....BUT.... if the fight is somewhat consensual or if you’ve screwed a guys wife or something similar ....it’s not cool to sue

Seriously? A lot of wannabe tough guys on here tonight. I lived the life of give one back like you get. I too thought that made you a man, then I grew up, matured and became a father. Life isn't about selfish pride. I could hang with just about anyone in a fight if needed but the fact is a man that walks away 99% of the time it's the bigger man.

Took me way too many years to learn that, lost way too many friends to that life, one of those guys just made the news today in Nashville, killed over a damn fist fight, he could have walked away, but he was a man though right........ BS, tell that to his kids.

Dude I had a nerf basketball goal that was actually heavy duty and the ball was about the size of a big grapefruit.... it wasn’t that flimsy coat hangar type... it was awesome

Correct, but as always there's more to story. Any way you cut it it's tragic, he's dead, kids without father, the two guys who did it will go to prison, if they have kids, more kids with no Fathers. All because people think being a man means you throw fists and take care of yours.
