What makes a taco a street taco? Is it in a gang?
A "street taco" is typically smaller more traditional, with soft corn tortillas and grilled or pan-fried chicken, beef, or pork. It's usually served with onions and cilantro, and salsa. Although i used flour in this case. Didn't think corn would go well with Korean

My grandfather was an usher there and when it was at the Ellis Auditorium. He would get mad as hell if you told him it was all fake and scripted. He would say how do you fake blood coming out of their foreheads. 😐
Well, he's right on the blood part...needed a good cutter haha

tonight I made Korean flank steak street tacos topped with red cabbage, avacado, cilantro, and a sriracha cream sauce. Side salad is a pickled Korean cucumber salad. Wife says it is restaurant quality. View attachment 293942Boom!
Dam looks good but looks like you may need to sweep under the table.
