I don’t think college football is played - but - one thing I just considered for the first time is Trey Smith. I don’t know all of the high risk categories but I imagine he falls under one.

Same. I think pro sports will give it a good try, but doubt they risk it with the kids.

Gonna sting too. Tennessee VOLS is the rite of the fall for me. I can’t imagine a world without it.

A) I ain’t no doctor and B) Trey should absolutely not risk anything for his long term future BUT does a blood clot that happens to end up in your lungs mean you have “lung issues” moving forward? Honestly curious because I have no clue as to the answer.

I think blood clotting is a side effect of covid. I would think someone predisposed to clotting would be high risk but that’s JMO

Yeah, I remember his behavior being an issue when he was coming out of HS but I didnt know that that was what he did. Not much has changed I guess.

I don't like saying this about anybody, but the general impression I got about 95% of those kids who were on Last Chance U (which Gooden was) is that they were irredeemable. Awful attitudes, and in many cases just bad people.

Yeah, as a kid you can kind of excuse bad decisions but I’m pretty sure after Oak Ridge he transferred to South Doyle and got in some trouble there, or vice versa.

But cracking your girlfriend over the head with a glass candle confirms who you are.

I think you’re getting him confused with Middleton. Gooden is from Brownsville.
