Daycares are an essential business and should not be shut down. Plenty of hard working moms and dads need their services to watch over the children. News media creates hysteria whether it is necessary or not.

Last year I was doing a risotto with sherry, a lot of sherry, and I didn’t cook off the alcohol enough. It was lethal.

As long I do what NorCal just said, we're good. I will say, before I came, they never did.

I know some alcoholics, especially the ones that have been in AA will lose they mines if they're not told about alcohol being used in their food. Had one bring a server to tears and cause her to quit over a Newburg sauce once.
