John Weaver agreed to lobby for Russia against new sanctions, registered as a foreign agent, and then ended up canceling the contract.

They’re desperately trying to twist this into “Putin is funding the Lincoln Project.”

So person A founds a company B, which is a registered lobbyist for a Russian-based company C. Person A also founds a entity D (the Lincoln Project). Your theory is that this shows The Lincoln Project is being funded by the Russian government? Perry Mason would be shaking in his boots if he had to go up against such an airtight bit of reasoning.

Isnt that exactly what happened with Trump?

Trump A invested money in Russia B. Russian company C has control of a German Bank D. German Bank D has ties to Trump A = collusion.

Or would you rather.

Trump associates A, meet with lawyer B, who also has represented Russia C in the past. And now Trumps presidency D is tied to Russia.

Just admit you literally cant be objective.

Ummmmmm actually no on further review. Person A signed a contract to lobby for Rostrom (no need to be coy) and as a result was forced to make a FARA registration. Then person A founded Lincoln Project. So yes in fact a registered Russian lobbyist is behind your new favorite pet liberal hand job sound bite PAC. Better get those water pails filled girl!

And as for funding of Lincoln Project what it appears to be doing is funneling money to the founders look three posts above! 😂

No, that's not what happened. Trump was trying to build a tower in Moscow while running for president and had his henchman (dumbbutt Cohen) reach out for government approval. Cohen then lied about this. Also, had his idiot son take a meeting with Russians, the topic of which was pitched as the Russian government's desire to help his campaign.
