It's an outlier, but Gone Baby Gone. I absolutely love the ending. The full 7 (in no particular order):

He's been in bunch of good ones. He was good in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and Seven.

I’ve never seen Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, but loved Seven. Just because of the ending, Seven is a hard one to watch again, because I think the acting was strong in that one.

I love to get people's reaction to what they would've done at the end. The surprise at the end though is just mind blowing imo whether you agree with what happened or not.
