They’re showing the 85 Braves/Mets Rick Camp game on MLB. My 12 year old just looked up and said “This game seems to be full of skinny black guys and kick ass mustaches”.

Since I don’t consider 60 games a season (if they even play) and whoever wins the WS should have a huge asterisk beside it, if we was to start slow I hope we sit the vets and play our young guys (Pache, Waters, Riley, etc). Thoughts?

I think if we win the WS for a 60 game season then we're World Series champs, imo.

They aren’t going to punt and we are going to make the playoffs. We have a top 4-5 win projection everywhere

This was just a hypothetical, I do believe we’ll be one of the better teams but with this long layoff and no real spring training games there will be a team or two who was thought to be a contender not make the playoffs IMO.

Just the kind of opt out that I'd expect to see. He's probably made $150 million+. He's got zero incentive to stick around for chump change just because.

Between infections, opt outs and the short season, half the league can win the World Series this year.
