About 15 protesters were arrested Friday after they blocked an access road to Mount Rushmore hours before President Trump was scheduled to give remarks to kick off Independence Day weekend.

According to the Associated Press, the protest group was mostly made up of Native Americans protesting that South Dakota’s Black Hills were taken from the Lakota people against treaty agreements.

One group parked three vans across the road and removed the tires from two of the vehicles to make it more difficult to remove them. Several demonstrators climbed on top of the vans chanting “Land back!”

1) Calls it a hoax
2) Says, as recently as last week, its just going to magically go away
3) Won't wear a mask and encourages others not to do so
4) Encourages people to defy local officials, particularly if they are Democrats
5) Lack of any leadership in encouraging people to stay home when they can


Right now, we have three weapons against the virus: 1) Take it seriously; 2) Wear a mask; 3) Minimize interacting with others.

Trump has undermined all three. At every turn. And has seemed to take delight in being by himself on it.

Trump: ‘Our Children Are Taught in School to Hate Their Own Country’

President Donald Trump said during his speech before Mount Rushmore on Friday night that America’s schools continue to indoctrinate America’s children, and children are taught to “hate their own country.”

Trump said during his speech on Friday that the left has become increasingly radical and influential within the many facets of American society.

Trump said that he will “expose” the left’s dangerous radicalism and “cultural revolution.”

“In our schools, our newsrooms, even our corporate boardrooms, there is a new far-left fascism that demands absolute allegiance,” Trump said.

The president then contended that much of the rioting and disorder that has arisen in the past many weeks came from the left’s infiltration into the country’s schooling system. He said that the schools and media continue to distort the truth about American history and make children hate their country.

The violent mayhem we have seen in the streets and cities — that are run by liberal Democrats in every case — is the predictable result of years extreme indoctrination and bias in education, journalism, and other cultural institutions. Against every law of society and nature, our children are taught in school to hate their own country and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes but were villains.

The radical view of American history is a web of lies. All perspective is removed. Every virtue is obscured. Every motive is twisted. Every fact is distorted and flaw is magnified until the history is permanently purged and the record is disfigured beyond all recognition. Dimocrats have hated Conservatives for years but it seems it started being more open near the end of the G.W.Bush administration then Obama said Conservatives & Middle America (what they derisively call Flyover Country) "cling to their guns & religion", then Hillary called us "deplorables" now they can just say we are "Trump Supporters" to them it's the same as members of the Nazi party or the clan. Several high ranking democrats have said if they retake the White House they will be going after Conservatives who supported & enabled Trump.

Uhm what? No he wasnt.

The zoning stuff was expanding single family classification to include up to quadplexs. It didnt get rid of single family.

Other zoning things he pushed was removing requirements to have parking. It was actually bringing back a bunch of stuff that existed before.

What do you think I’m talking about? I’m talking about someone who was talking about this subject, not someone actually attempting to do this.
