I had a smoked salmon salad yesterday

Smoked salmon
Lettuce
Spinach
Carrots
Cheese
Chopped bell pepper
Lemon juice
And some ranch
After I had my salad mixed I flaked the salmon on top. I thought I did ok yours sounds better.

2 different types of salads. Yours sounds better for a light dinner. My sounds better for a hot summer mid day lunch/snack.

*I personally wouldn't have used ranch on yours. Without the salmon, yes.

Well the salmon was smoked when I got it I just threw it on the grill and heated it up there wasn't much taste and I had ranch so I tried it and liked it I put it in the salad and mixed it in and flaked the salmon on top and I ate some just salmon and lemon. This was my lunch yesterday.

Well that's fine for you I dint say you shouldn't have ranch wif it. For me I wood use olive oil and lemon with see salt and cracked pepper. Nufin Elsie.
