I lost a bunch of weight last year. Started at 280 and actually got all the way down around 220. But “under 230” seems to be my workable happy spot and I feel great there.

I do try to walk at least 5 days a week. But that was in addition to my activity level while leading a previously “normal” life before the end of the world hit.
