Biden campaign adviser weighs in on why former VP hasn't held news conference in nearly three months

Former Vice President Joe Biden's senior campaign adviser Symone Sanders dodged a question of why the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee has not held a news conference in 80 days.

Biden has maintained a relatively low profile on the campaign trail during the coronavirus pandemic, holding occasional virtual events, but has not addressed questions from national media either in person or online. When asked about this by "Fox News Sunday" host Chris Wallace, Sanders began by pointing to Biden's interactions with voters, not reporters.

Why should he? He is in the position of watching Trump self destruct. Why risk sticking his foot in his own mouth?

I've never been more disappointed in Trump than as of late. He has proven, given the circumstances, that he is not a leader in any way, shape, or form. He feeds off of division and instead of actually uniting the country during a time of multiple crises, he's out Tweeting or saying stupid crap. If he had laid off of Twitter, and spent time on television actually unifying the country during these insane times, the polls would be flipped right now.

It's a shame because I've liked quite a bit of Trump's policy with regards to the economy and other areas, but he's proven over the past few months during hard times that he isn't Presidential material.

If Biden wins, I'm at least willing to give him a chance.

Five months is a lot of time and anything could happen between now and election day. We still got debates coming up as well. But, as of right now, it isn't looking good for Trump, and Trump only has one person to blame for that: himself.

I'm actually hoping for this...the Democratic party will be destroyed from within with the Justice AOC pushing it over the ledge

You want the opposition party destroyed? I'm afraid of that mindset. Reign in the far left, maybe, but destroy the party you disagree with? That scares me.

It sounds like you have bought in to the corrupt news media narrative. I guess some people are just not strong enough to resist the Incessant fake news they put out twenty-four hours per day.

I haven't "bought in to" anything. I don't watch or read MSM. That post is just my honest opinion based on observations.

No I want more parties like 5 or 6 and for them to have to form coalitions...I'm also against the public electing POTUS

Parliamentary system could have its advantages. Not that I know that much about them, but no confidence votes interest me. (By the way, if the public elected the POTUS Al Gore and Hillary Clinton would both have won).

The Electors from the states got together and decided Trump would be president? Why did more that 125 Million American citizens (and some Illegal Aliens) vote then?

I guess you don't understand how the electoral college and the popular vote work. Maybe you're a millennial that never had a civics class.

Uncle Tom and the Father-In-Chief

Donald J. Trump will win re-election—in part—by capturing between 20 to 30 percent of the black male vote.

It will happen, and I will have told you so.

The reasons are plenty but, in part, it boils down to two significant ones: the way the American left treats black men and the way Donald Trump treats everyone.

Yes. Andrew Jackson had more popular votes and more electoral votes in the 1824 presidential election, but still LOST.

Good to know. I don't agree with it, but that's cool. It surprises me that you support a disproportionate electoral system
Regarding Jackson, I wouldn't trust the House in 2020 or 1824 to elect a president.
