2020 Presidential Race

Joe doesn’t know what questions the Biden campaign wants or doesn’t want because he has no insight. Biden has already said he will go with the format that is selected by the Presidential Debate Commission.
Exactly. Joe Concha is a conservative reporter and commentator who has written columns for The Washington Times. That Fox News article ran with his opinion as if it was inside information from within the Biden campaign, when in reality, it was nothing more than the conjecture of a Trump apologist who is predisposed to not liking Joe Biden in the first place. Joe Concha is also constantly whining about media bias, when he is an extremely biased member of the media himself - just in the other direction (which evidently makes it okay, in his mind).

That doesnt answer the question.
"... the dispute before the Court is not whether DHS may rescind DACA. All parties agree that it may."

and...

"We do not decide whether DACA or its rescission are sound policies. The wisdom of those decisions is none of our concern. We address only whether the agency complied with the procedural requirement that it provide a reasoned explanation for its action." - Chief Justice John Roberts, in his majority opinion on the DACA ruling.

There was no precedent set with this ruling. The dispute is primarily one of procedure and the Trump administration was sloppy and insufficient. However, nothing prevents DHS from trying again... maybe with a greater show of competence next time?

Jim Acosta...what a character.

LOL - I watched it. Acosta doesn't give two craps about those kids and acting like it was exploiting children to make a point is ridiculous.

Trump shouldn't be tweeting this stuff but Twitter fact checking a funny meme and Acosta claiming it exploits children is nuts

Just a matter of time if Trump wins again.
Trump's taking another run at DACA. And a Texas case is a real threat to the program.

I hope he does. Simply eliminating DACA is not such a big deal... but if those people start getting deported? Including the Dreamers who have served in our Armed Forces, and there are several who have, including one Purple Heart recipient in New Mexico who served in Iraq... that is not good.

I honestly do not have a problem with their staying. Trump is not going to ship them back if they meet requirements, which is reasonable.

Maybe Pelosi and co will get off their azzes and get a viable immigration bill passed.

I just looked it up and there are 820 DACA recipients who either have served or are currently serving in the United States military... Does Trump really want those people deported? Seriously? That doesn't sound like a winning political move to me, but we will see.

They won't be if they file the forms.

Naturalization requirements are even less stringent for service members who have served during a time of war or declared hostilities. Service members who have served from September 11, 2001 to the present fall within this category because the President designated it a declared hostility (there are five additional designated periods of hostilities prior to September 11, 2001). Physical presence and residence requirements are waived for service members who have served honorably during this time period. Service members who are not “green card” holders, or who are out of status or undocumented, may also be eligible to naturalize in times of war or declared hostilities.

So basically the Dems can do what they want, but the Republicans cant

On a serious note. This tweet by Rep. Doug Collins was ignorant of Chief Justice Roberts' opinion. It's obvious that Rep. Collins hadn't taken the time to read it, before venting about it on Twitter. That is pure laziness. There was no precedent established. DACA can be rescinded. Chief Justice Roberts specifically said so. The only problem was a procedural one. Rep. Collins is probably going to be elected to the Senate in November too. Great. Another lazy Republican moron Senator who talks out of his butt.

That's surely not what my description of Acosta is. To put it mildly as possible & to stay calm here w/my distasteful hate towards him & CNN he's a left-wing low-life pos activist playing the character role of a journalist.

Ha. I was trying to be nice myself. He’s someone I’d love to take a swipe at because of his pot stirring.
