Does something like this work in every market, or have the last 10-12 years spoiled us?Kingston I meant to post this the other day, but this is how I started investing:
Buy 10 to 12 acres in upcoming area. Build, live in the house for at least 2 years (avoids capital taxes and zoning issues), sell. Roll over equity into new house, live 2 years and sell again. Take that equity and run the process over again. After the 3rd time you’d be amazed at how much you can earn. Then you have real liquid to invest without interest. The key, like everything, is the right location tho.
