The Atlanta Braves

Kingston I meant to post this the other day, but this is how I started investing:

Buy 10 to 12 acres in upcoming area. Build, live in the house for at least 2 years (avoids capital taxes and zoning issues), sell. Roll over equity into new house, live 2 years and sell again. Take that equity and run the process over again. After the 3rd time you’d be amazed at how much you can earn. Then you have real liquid to invest without interest. The key, like everything, is the right location tho.
Does something like this work in every market, or have the last 10-12 years spoiled us?

well most markets within an hour of metros are going to continue to increase in value over the next decade. In this state, land investment regardless of location is never a bad investment. Of course the margins will vary, the key is finding an inside. Going straight to a potential seller before they go to market is the best value by far. Requires some leg work. Just gotta think outside the box these days.

That really was unnecessary and could not have played out any worse. They literally could have played 100 games or more easily
