“He’s created his own sanctuary city in the basement of wherever he is, and he doesn’t come out,” Trump said.

Lol.....Biden is just as ugly enough from the back of his head just like he is from the front.

What would your professional cosmetic recommendations be for this man in his 70's? Neutrogena Self-Tanning Bronzer (for that all-natural orange glow, every man in his 70's should have)? A hair weave with Arctic Fox Semi-Permanent Yellow Hair Dye application (eyebrows included)? Custom-made Porcelain Veneers, perhaps? Should he wear over-sized suits with super long ties to conceal his gut? No, that's someone else, isn't it? Seriously. What are you thinking here?

2 weeks ago, I was on here saying that Trump was in a dogfight going into November.

But after what is being revealed right now with regards to these riots and ANTIFA's involvement, I think he will win in a landslide.
My goodness, when will this roller coaster ride end? 2 weeks later, it seems like Trump went out of his way to make it harder on himself.

The president has no say about going to the bunker. Thats the secret service's call to make. Stop pushing debunked theories
I agree 100% with you. It is the Secret Service's call, and the President of the United States should defer to them on matters concerning his personal protection. The President would only be making the work of the Secret Service more difficult, if not impossible, by refusing to follow their directives when those agents perceive a threat to be at hand. However, President Donald Trump's claim that he only went down to the secure bunker location in the White House in order to "inspect" it, was laughable and typical of Donald Trump's insecurity and seemingly innate dishonesty. Donald Trump has a lie ready for anything, and in this case, it was transparent machismo in order to protect his own fragile ego and sense of self. Trump is the classic caricature of the fake tough guy.

On the surface it does seem such a silly thing to say. Trump is guilty of it a lot, but you need to think of public optics of a President being forced to go to a bunker when protestors are trying to storm the WH. What would you expect him to say? "They made me go because the WH was about to be breached?"

I think a President who was secure in who he was could acknowledge that he had just followed the direction of the Secret Service as required, and taken shelter in a bunker. Eisenhower would have never had to lie to convince anyone he was tough. I think it all depends on the individual. A woman probably wouldn't want to acknowledge this, nor would a man who once took a medical deferment over bone spurs to avoid being drafted into military service. I think that is where this insecurity comes from. Trump is very sensitive when it comes to having his toughness questioned... and he frequently tries to over-compensate for that.

Well policy wise, Biden is a moderate democrat which I prefer over Trump.
But it's really more fundamental than even that. Trump is a horrendously despicable human and Biden is not.
The first part in honest and I can understand. The second part is very debatable and I'm not sure I buy it personally. And I'm not a Trump supporter.

I can post a video of a sitting Republican Senator (Lindsey Graham) going on and on about what a great guy Joe Biden is... and quite frankly, Graham's flattery of Biden even becomes over-the-top in it's lavishness and a little embarrassing to watch. Is there such a video of a Democratic Senator saying similar things about Donald Trump? If so, please post it.

Why would a career politician of either political party heaping praise on one of their own be anything but a negative? There is literally zero difference in them in action, only rhetoric.

It's obviously just my opinion, but I do not view it as even remotely debatable.
With Trump as the choice, policy differences are secondary.

You are probably right.. I just like to point out that video of Graham. I find it hysterical. Graham is such a tool.

I will say that I don't see the same degree of visceral hate anywhere for Biden, that I see for Trump. Much of that stems from reaction to Trump's personal behavior, particularly on Twitter. There is a very clear difference between the two when it comes to matters of comportment. Trump is as egotistical as any public figure I've ever seen. He makes it incredibly easy to dislike him. I just don't see the same thing from Biden, and I don't think I would see things differently if I was a Republican either.

Cool; if mass congregation truly poses a huge risk, then it's easy to single out a very cavalier contingent of society who flouted distancing norms to steal some Nike kicks as contributing to the spread of COVID-19. If there is no major risk, then Trump beat Biden to the punch and gets to start building momentum heading into November.

There's no losing for Trump in this scenario.

Lindsey Graham has no integrity. He is spineless. It is impossible to respect him. He stands for nothing. He is such a butt kissing suck up too. No strength or moral fiber. No courage of conviction or principles to stand behind. Lindsey Graham is the epitome of a say anything to get elected career politician. He is weak and gutless.
You could be talking about Trump.
