I was going to say, didnt this stemmed from a trans woman going to the obgyn and demanding to be treated like a woman. And I think it was even pre-OP. Something ridiculous like that.

I have no issue of denial of care in that situation.

I have little guilt in my life over political stuff. I do not like media liars in what has become blatantly obvious agendas from the major msm outlets insidiously since 9-11.
The politicians get no pass from me either. Those who do good, kudos, you lived up to your promises. Those who sit on their office and do nothing are essentially poop.

Did you skip the early portions of this thread before Biden was the front runner? Everyone backing their candidate said how Obama didnt go far enough. Which is why there was such a swing left now.

Good post. There has definitely been a shift in public sentiment in favor of the "Black Lives Matter" movement since the deaths of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd. Public confidence in police departments across the country has also dropped. We are even seeing growing support for Colin Kaepernik's return to the NFL, and kneeling for the Star Spangled Banner as an acceptable form of public protest. You are correct that the mood and attitude of the country is shifting away from the unconditional support of law enforcement and patriotism, which Trump has been most comfortable advocating for in the past. Donald Trump has been slow in his perception of this shift and he has been very slow to adjust to it. Trump appears to be out of touch. Trump's inability to convey empathy is also proving to be problematic for him. Trump just isn't effective when it comes to showing that he can relate to the anger and hurt that other groups of people outside of his own personal orbit can feel. Trump's own feelings and insecurities are always at the forefront of his agenda. Little concern has ever been shown for the feelings of others. Certainly not for people who have been unfairly targeted and abused by out of control law enforcement officials.

If it isn't true that COVID-19 cases in Tulsa County are increasing, then why was the Trump Campaign insisting that people in Tulsa County who were planning to attend the rally, check a box for a waiver which included this language:

"By attending the Rally, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; BOK Center; ASM Global; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury."

It sure seems like there is an attorney employed by the Trump Campaign, who thought that it was at least a possibility that someone attending this rally (which has now been postponed), could acquire the Coronavirus. At the very least, this sort of legalese makes for an effective counter to the "There is nothing to fear here, and the crazy liberals are just blowing things out of proportion," crowd.

As the liberal left likes to say "It's the new normal" you will see something of the same language on all professional, collegiate and event (music festivals etc.) tickets going forward once they start letting people attend events.

I agree. We will see these waivers everywhere, but it definitely runs counter to the narrative that this is just an overblown liberal agenda. Nobody wants to be sued.
