The white liberal is the greatest threat to black America. Your arrogance is not overlooked. You f*** faces don't realize black America view you as idiots but you got something critical white conservatives don't have and that is keen stupity so you are tolerated.
You are as dumb as a rock.
MALCOLM X
Malcolm X warned African Americans about liberals, over 50 years ago
Niger is national spokesman of the
Congress of Racial Equality. The latter organization was one of the “big four” civil rights organizations in its heyday. You see, CORE was founded as a civil rights group in 1942. When Niger’s father,
Roy Innis, became its chairman in 1968 (yes, Roy’s had a stranglehold on that position for 47 years now), he took the group in the direction of Black Nationalism, and the group suddenly took a hard pull to the conservative right, supporting the 1968 and 1972 presidential campaigns of historically documented racist Republican Richard Nixon, as well as suddenly supporting the segregation of public schools. CORE, under the watch of Roy Innis, began shilling and sending public speakers to argue on the behalf of corporations like Monsanto, Exxon Mobil, and the payday loan industry, only battling racism where those writing a check wanted it declared to exist. CORE’s own founder, James L. Farmer, went on record in 1993 to say under the Innis’ leadership that CORE “
has no functioning chapters; it holds no conventions, no elections, no meetings, sets no policies, has no social programs and does no fund-raising. In my opinion, CORE is fraudulent.”
“You know, Neil, the slaves had food stamps, too. It was called ‘scraps from Massa’s table!"
During the saga of tax scofflaw and deadbeat rancher Cliven Bundy, he of course, went on a famous rant to “teach us all something about the negro”. You might think that Innis would have tried distancing himself from his primary opponent, Crescent Hardy, who was a supporter of Bundy, after that. You’d be wrong. Because Niger Innis defended Bundy and tried telling people Bundy was not at all racist:
“
This is the game the media is going to play with us to distract from the real issue, which is that the federal government has too much control over Nevada’s land. They will try to distract, with the firestorm that Cliven started by using the r-word, the racism word. I can only tell you my experience with the Bundys. Having eaten with them and broken bread with them and I don’t consider Cliven or his wonderful family racist at all. Period, end of story.” For those who have forgotten other details about Bundy’s rant… he said African Americans had been better off as slaves. NOTHING RACIST ABOUT THAT, GUYS.
Innis held a rally to decry the “War on the Poor”, I regret to say that when Niger did so in 2008, he was being
paid by the Energy industry to claim that environmentalists were the ones perpetuating the “War on the Poor”.
Back on Earth Day in 2005, Niger Innis was working on the dime of the lobbyist group Americans for American Energy, who would try to link environmental groups to Osama bin Laden, Hugo Chavez, or Mahmoud Ahmaninejad, and
invoked the name of MLK to argue against environmental protections.
“
We must stop trying to protect our planet from every imaginable, exaggerated or imaginary risk. And we must stop trying to protect it on the backs, and the graves, of the nation’s and world’s most powerless and impoverished people. If people of conscience join us, we will challenge and end this scourge of eco-imperialism, and ensure that Dr. Martin Luther King’s dream will become a reality for poor people throughout the United States and world.”
