Metamucil? No, you mean that other stuff.

The Metamucil is good, its a really good orange flavor and I use cold bottled water out of the fridge to mix it with so it doesn't get thick quick. I haven't tried the other yet, still have about a day left.

I abused alcohol many years as a youngster and "they" said it would eventually catch up to me. It has and its just getting started and it ain't pretty.

Getting old is probably hard enugh without any help, I wouldn't know, but.....anyway, I didn't mean to preach. Lol, I am old but I don't look or act as old as I feel. Thank the good Lord.
