It is discouraging, we thought after that surgery that this problem was over. The Dr that day even said she was sure it was.

If not, it may be a another day or two for IV treatment. An infectious disease Dr came in to see her earlier. Said she was blown away at how she had 2 places of infection so bad that the other Dr was sure they were tumors. She told her that it's very likely that she's going to be on a lifetime maintenance dose of antibiotics. That way, hopefully, it doesn't blow up this bad again.

God love her, that sounds awful, but the main thing, it can be controlled.

On a lighter note, daughter came in here a few minutes ago. She said she'd been talking to Tiffany about if she feels better, she wants her to go eat this weekend after work, and meet some boy. She's been talking to the little punk on the phone for a few weeks! She said his parents said he could go eat, but didn't want him driving over here yet, because they don't know us. He's a year older, but I will say that earned his parents some points in my book. I like to know someone's parents before I let mine just go, just how we are. Anyway, I asked her why not wait till I'm off! She said she didn't want me to scare him off cause I'm intimidating 😂. I was like, I'm 5'6", and finally hit 160lbs today, how can you say that. But she swears I'm too mean 🤣🤣

They found the infection type, klebsiella pneumoniae. It's normal in your intestines, but can spread and be a problem, that's what happened. They're letting her come home after the infectious disease Dr cones by. It's treatable, but also contagious, so we'll have to be careful. Dr said we should be fine because most people automatically fight it off, but someone like her just can't, and it causes problems.

Just got her, waiting on her parents now. She got in with a big folder, unusual, and mowlst in here know the story. She said the dr, and a case manager came back in her room with the folder. Told her that she needs a lawyer, that what they were saying was confidential anyway, and they don't just tell people that. He said between the mesh, and leaving that piece in here, etc. that they screwed her up, and she should get a lawyer. She told them she had one, and they told her give them the info in the folder, and they had her back if she needed them. It says a lot when now 2 different Dr's have told her she needs to do something.

Remember when I said it was time to get a cutthroat lawyer?

I'm not telling you what to do. But you and Tiff have basically been bystanders during this whole fiasco, and she's the one who gets all the mud slung in her face. You are constantly helping her wipe it off, while you're both trying to keep any of it from getting on the girls. Find an attorney who specializes in this kind of case, and they will get you and Tiff in the house, settled in and comfortable, and they will take over the work while you and her heal. Do you understand what I'm saying?

I'm afraid this is coming out wrong, but I'm gonna post it anway. Love y'all.
