The hotspots right now are some areas in Arizona and Texas. If you live in those areas, take whatever precautions you feel necessary.

People have to start informing themselves about what is happening where they actually are, and using that information to inform behavior just like we do with the weather.

What we've been doing until now is like having everyone in the country walk around under an open umbrella because it raining in a few places.
